Does your child love to climb, jump, swing, balance, and test what they can do? Ninja I: Foundations is the first full training level in Revolution Ninja Academy — designed for young athletes who are ready to move beyond open play and begin real ninja-warrior training.

In this 8-class program, students train on the ninja bay obstacle course while developing the four pillars of ninja training: strength, agility, power, and spirit. They will practice foundational ninja skills including safe falling, obstacle movement, grip strength, rope work, wall technique, swinging, traversing, balance challenges, and controlled landings.

Each class gives athletes a chance to challenge themselves, build confidence, and learn how to keep going when something feels hard.

Coaches create a fun, structured, safety-focused environment where effort matters, mistakes are part of learning, and students are encouraged to move with courage, train with respect, cheer for others, and rise with resilience.

No prior ninja experience is required. Students may begin in Ninja I: Foundations or start with our shorter Try Ninja intro course if they would like a lower-commitment first experience before entering the full academy track.

As Revolution Ninja Academy grows, class days and times may shift to make room for additional levels and progression classes. Students may move into higher-level classes by coach recommendation as new levels are added.

REV KIDS Movement Academy is a high-energy, coach-led movement class that helps kids grow stronger, braver, more focused, and more confident.

Each week, kids build athletic skills through obstacle courses, ninja-style challenges, games, climbing, jumping, balancing, running, teamwork, and age-appropriate fitness activities. But REV KIDS is more than movement — every class is designed to develop the whole child: body, mind, and heart.

Kids will build strength, coordination, agility, balance, problem-solving skills, perseverance, courage, respect, and teamwork in a safe, structured, and encouraging environment.

At REV KIDS, every child is an athlete in development — and every class helps them believe, "I can do hard things."

Small-Sided Soccer Rec Play is a fun, active soccer experience designed especially for younger players who are ready to run, play, and enjoy the game in a beginner-friendly setting.

This 50-minute class takes place on a smaller indoor court, giving kids more opportunities to touch the ball, move with confidence, and stay engaged. Players will participate in age-appropriate warm-ups, simple skill-building activities, and small-sided games that help them practice dribbling, passing, spacing, teamwork, and basic game awareness.

Because the court is smaller than a traditional soccer field, the focus is on movement, participation, and fun rather than full-field competitive play. This is a great fit for kids who are new to soccer or who enjoy active, recreational play in a supportive environment.
